About us.
Our Edge
Nicholas founded Eastmont Capital after working within a leading private lender. Through assessing over $17bn of finance proposals, he realised that most do not accurately present the projects in their best light.
The presentation and structure of your finance proposal matters. It can influence fees, terms and in extreme cases, the outcome.
Eastmont Capital's process is carefully designed to meet lender assessment criteria, without the back and forth. We focus on efficiency to reduce time, fees and friction between each party.

Nicholas Johnson
Founder & Director
Nicholas Johnson founded Eastmont Capital in 2026 after identifying a misalignment between developers and lenders.
Nicholas has over six years of experience within financial services, most recently within a leading private credit investment manager. During this time, he developed a practical understanding of lender assessment criteria, credit committee requirements, and the factors that drive funding decisions.
Across his career, Nicholas has analysed more than 600 investment and financing opportunities amounting to over $17 billion, and managed a portfolio of active debt facilities. This exposure has given him a well-rounded perspective on credit structuring, risk assessment, and execution from a lender’s standpoint.
Through Eastmont Capital, Nicholas leverages this experience to assist developers and property investors in aligning transactions with lender requirements to deliver efficient funding outcomes.
